    Please note the quotation provided is based on a specific size travel container based on your pet/s breed and weight. However we cannot 100% confirm the accuracy of the size crate until we physically see your pet. If it is required to increase the size of your travel container please be aware that extra charges will apply.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. AeroPets is NOT responsible for:
    • Any fees resulting from a delay due to weather restrictions;
    • Any fees resulting from airline delays &/or cancellation of flights, change of aircraft type or available capacity;
    • Any fees resulting from a delay due to incorrect vaccinations or timing of vaccinations;
    • Any fees resulting from airlines refusing acceptance of animals on lodgement.

    Please note that any changes to a confirmed booking will result in a rebooking administration fee of $150.00 AUD

    2. EMERGENCY AGREEMENT

    In the case that it is considered necessary for your pet to receive emergency medical treatment we will firstly try to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, do you give consent for us to contact your or another vet? The cost of transport and vet treatment will be charged at your expense

    3. CONDITIONS OF BOARDING
    • I warrant that my animal is in fit and sound condition, free of ticks and fleas, and has been immunised with at least a C5 (Dogs) or F3 (Cats). I give full authority to AeroPets to call in a veterinarian, at my expense, in the event of illness or injury.
    • I acknowledge that due to the nature of boarding, my pet/s may be inadvertently exposed to airborne viruses or other contagious medical conditions. I also understand that in those circumstances, any veterinary treatments will be at my expense.
    • I understand tick and flea treatments, if deemed necessary, will be at my expense.
    • I acknowledge that while every effort will be made to administer medication, AeroPets accepts no responsibility should my pet/s not co-operate with handlers.
    • No responsibility is accepted by AeroPets for personal items left with my pet/s. All should be clearly marked with my animal’s name.
